Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use thereforejohn.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Do the Work

Thereforejohn Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul off fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Thereforejohn Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Just General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Each tree and each property is different, so what fits one yard may not fit yours. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We can't tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened buildings. Don't take risks. Keep away from downed lines and call your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Thereforejohn Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

How Accurate Is This Site?

We try to keep the information correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or without mistakes.
